Hal has worked in the financial services industry since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University. Hal has earned the LUTCF designation through the Life Underwriting Training Council and the CFS designation from the Institute of Business and Finance.
Hal resides in Federal Way. When away from the office Hal enjoys spending time with his daughter Ashlynn, and his son, Andrew. He also enjoys golfing, time with his friends and rooting for the Seahawks, Huskies and the Mariners.
