After 25 years in the corporate world as a corporate trainer, Joyce joined the family business and manages the finances. Besides her duties with Laurus, Joyce volunteers with the non-profit BAG (Bridging a Gap Weekend Feeding Program) in Federal Way. In her free time she is active in her new community, exploring new parts of the world, and spending time with her family and four grand puppies.
