After 25 years in the corporate world as a corporate trainer, Joyce joined the family business and manages the finances. Besides her duties with Laurus, Joyce volunteers with the non-profit BAG (Bridging a Gap Weekend Feeding Program) in Federal Way. In her free time, she is traveling, spending time with her two sons, three granddaughters, two daughter-in-laws and five grand puppies.
